💬 I Need Your Feedback!
So I’ve run into a little dilemma and I’d love your input on how to best handle it 💕
First off, thank you for the insane growth and the amazing little community we’ve built here on Fansly. Aaron and I are constantly brainstorming ways to push the bar with new ideas, better quality, and more authenticity. Everything “FlashingEmma” is run by a tiny team:
— Aaron (filming, scheduling, social media)
— Dre (our newly added editor to free up more creative time)
— And me! I personally handle all of the messaging, modeling, and communication
This month we’ve been experimenting with a few things that I’m really excited about:
✨ Twice-daily posts
✨ More wild BG content
✨ Regular livestreams
✨ And… A BRAND NEW STUDIO SITE launching soon ❗️(more details coming)
Here’s where the dilemma comes in:
The messaging volume has gotten crazy, to the point where it’s taking me nearly 4 hours a day just to reply to everyone once. It’s really me you're talking to and I’m not willing to hand off chats to fake agency chatters like I’ve seen elsewhere.
So here are the two options I’m considering:
1️⃣ Add a new $50 tier — "Get to Know Me"
This tier would include unlimited messaging, while the current Voyeur tier would stay the same but with no messaging access. This would help me focus on thoughtful, more frequent convos with the smaller group in the new tier.
2️⃣ Keep the current two tiers, but shift how I message:
- Voyeur tier: replies every 2–3 days
- Girlfriend tier: 2+ daily replies
This would help me manage time better while still giving priority attention where it’s most expected.
Both of these options share the same goal:
To create more of the fun, risky, wild content you’re here for and to launch new projects I know you'll love
