Hey guys, This has happened a good number of times now where those who have paid for customs in the past for what ever reason no longer have access to these videos. I want you to know that it legitimately upsets me that you guys can’t store these videos considering they were custom made for you. You paid a good chunk of money and because you can’t download these videos you have essentially now wasted your money and that genuinely infuriates me. I 100% believe that you have the right to have those videos forever and I wish there was an option on the creators side to give you permission to download these videos to prevent your money from being wasted. Unfortunately it would take A LOT of organisation to keep all the (probably hundreds) of customs i’ve ever made along with a separate hard drive to store them. Love you ❤️
