so sorry for being distant my bbs. got pretty sick last week with some stomach bug and only started really being able to keep food down yesterday. on top of that, mental health hasn’t been doing so well and i’m bummed because my meds worked really well for a year and a half then now i’m struggling.. i don’t know if it’s worth making an appt and changing them but if anyone has experience or advice i would appreciate hearing it 🫶🏻

IMPORTANT HEALTH UPDATES: I am so sorry for the lack of posts. I have been really struggling with my health all of December and so I went in for some intensive testing. It was VERY intense and left me unable to work for awhile I am finally out of testing “better” ish and appreciate the patience while I was out. Thank you thank you and here’s to future, better, health
