This has been my go to breakfast for a few weeks now :)
Costcos mixed berry mix, frozen sliced strawberries, fresh banana, fresh pineapple, and today I used Tropicana mango pineapple juice to make the frozen berries more bendable. (Sometimes I soak them in just water or orange juice) After thats mixed I add spinach, yogurt, chia seeds and mct oil.
I rarely get morning sickness but if I do this takes it all away ☺️
