I watched a video by a therapist a while ago where she gave her number one advice for depression, every single night before bed list 3 things off in your head youre thankful for.
Im thanful i cleaned my room
Im thankful i went to the gym
Im thankful i got a new toilet (my last one broke🤣)
But seriously ive been doing this every day for over a week and i even try to do more things for myself now cause i know it will feel good 😊
