Hello, my loves! First off, I wanted to let y’all know that Aiden is doing much better so we should be able to start filming together again very soon! I also wanted to get you up to date on my health so you understood what we were dealing with over here at the moment and why content has been extra scarce. I mentioned in a post the other week that I was diagnosed with long-term Lyme disease. It’s something that’s gone undiagnosed since I was 6 or 7 and I’ve been dealing with a myriad of symptoms since then. It is the entire reason we have had so many health related pauses with content production. Over the last few years things have gotten worse and due to extreme stress recently my symptoms have skyrocketed. If you’re not familiar with Lyme disease here’s some of the many symptoms it causes that have been keeping me from working recently: Lyme Carditis - The bacteria enters the heart where it disrupts electrical signals causing fibrillation, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breast, and chest pain. Though rare, it can be fatal. It invades and weakens all of your soft tissue and makes it so your body is unable to properly produce collagen. This causes full body muscle, joint, and tendon pain, inflammation, and weakness. This is why I’m constantly injuring myself doing the most mundane things like how I dislocated a rib a few weeks ago while working out a knot in my chest. It’s also why my lower back injury hasn’t been able to heal properly. Interstitial Cystitis, painful intercourse Migraines Insomnia Fatigue Anxiety/panic attacks, depression, OCD, paranoia, mood swings, general confusion, memory loss, exacerbation of ADHD symptoms The list goes on… Some days are better than others but I’m very much in limbo at the moment since I’m still waiting to get an appointment with an infectious disease specialist in order to start treatment. It’s insanely frustrating because they can’t even tell me when I’ll hear back about getting an appointment and I have no clue how far out that appointment will be

Okie dokie, my loves, here's a few new health updates for y'all. Let us continue on the saga that is Brodie's Body of Betrayal!

If you've been following us for a while, you should be fairly used to me being sick or broken in some way. Hence our random hiatuses throughout the years. I'm trying my best to get my shit together so they are less frequent if at all!

UPDATE #1

I finally had a second nerve ablation on my back yesterday! I think two years in between procedures was too long but I'm happy that it's done. Once I'm healed up it will be a lot easier for me to top without being bedridden for days afterwards.

I won't be able to film any new pegging scenes for about a month, BUT we made sure to film a backlog of scenes to post while I'm restricted to less physically demanding forms of content.

UPDATE #2

A lot of you are probably aware of the whole Lyme Disease diagnosis that I had received a while back. Well, after being turned away by the infectious disease specialists for not being "positive enough", I was back at square one.

However, I knew something was wrong so I refused to give up and continued to advocate for myself. After some hyper specific tests, my Internist has informed me that I tested positive for Sjögren's Syndrome. I'm waiting for a Rheumatologist appointment for an "official" diagnosis and to start a treatment plan.

Fun fact: There are a handful of autoimmune diseases that can cause false positive lyme tests and Sjögren's is one of them!

If you're not aware of Sjögren's Syndrome, it's a systemic, chronic autoimmune disease that occurs when the body attacks the exocrine glands, which produce moisture in the mouth, eyes, skin, and other parts of the body.

Some Symptoms include (all of which I've been dealing with over the years):

Dry eyes
Dry mouth
Mouth sores
Loss of taste
Tooth decay
Tonsil stones
TMJ symptoms
Painful salivary glands
Nose bleeds
Chronic dry cracked lips
Dry skin and rashes
Hair loss
Livedo reticularis

Head aches
Fatigue
