PSA! Fansly tends to autoplay videos at a lower resolution than the uploaded version so if things are looking a little fuzzy, be sure to click on the settings cog and change it to the highest resolution available. Everything filmed with our new camera will be uploaded at 4k.
If you are having trouble playing some of our newer videos try using a different browser. If you're still having issue please please please contact support! Nothing has changed on our end so there isn't much we can do. If they have a bug in their system, the more people that bring it to their attention the more likely they'll get to work on it faster.
