kick boxing class went good today :D It felt SLIGHTLY easier but I know next week will be even better! Focused more on power than speed of my punches and felt like it helped a lot! Workout pics or the workout never happened!!! Thanks for holding me accountable 🤣 Today, I did full upper body & core! I honestly hate pull movements (except for rows, but pull-ups can burn in the fiery pits of hell), but I looove presses. Excited to keep toning these bad bois!!
