Wanted to share a little bit of my morning routine, I wake up, I prepare my tea, and I have to empty my breasts, every morning they feel very full and I first hand express to get the milk flowing, and I end up by pumping, that makes my nipples so sensitive and helps me to promote more milk flow🤍🍼
