It's been such an eternal winter here in Ireland, I feared boat season would never come. I've been storing my boat in a field on a farm for €20 a month and it was basically parked under a tree, so was looking AWFUL. What's more, the farmer had dumped 14 tons of rubble in front of it, so — though it wasn't going to get stolen without a crane or heavy-lift helicopter, it was trapped there longer than I would have liked.
Anyway all that's immaterial now, she's afloat! (After a huuuuge week of cleaning and polishing).
If you need me, I'll be celebrating by living up to my name, and also by peeing everywhere 🍾
