I hiked down to this black sand beach with my friend for a cleansing, meditative morning. I got in the water up to my waist and got SO much sand in my bottoms I had to take them off to air out. After I wanted some reflection time & an energy reset, so sit with me on this beautiful morning. Breathe, journal, meditate, relax. Take this shortest of moments for yourself 💜

Went to the beach yesterday for the first time in three weeks 😅 And.. I didn't like the beach. And sharp rocks, very crystallized sand (is it normal that sand is unpleasant to walk on??)... and glass in the sand. So sad 😭 However, I don't like to sunbathe (and I don't tan well), but I enjoyed seeing the ocean and the beautiful views 💕 I also don't know how to swim. But I like walking in the water on the sand and getting my feet wet 🤭

Started my day with a beautiful hike to a waterfall 🩵 It was a perfect morning for it, and I went for a cold dip once we got there. It was so refreshing, especially laying in the direct sun after. We got up early enough to have the place to ourselves pretty much up until leaving. So grateful for these nature moments.
