when i’m trying to get my gym routine back on track, i’d pick a day to start, and just force myself to get my ass out of the house and go. once you get that first day done, and you’ve made it a part of your routine for a little while, it’s easier to continue going to the gym. if i’m doing a full-body workout i’ll do upperbody stuff (shoulders, biceps, chest) and then lower body stuff (glutes, legs). sometimes i’ll split it up, like one day i’ll do shoulders and legs and the next day do glutes and chest. or there’s days where i’ll just do a cardio day or focus on one muscle group and do higher reps. ♡ #fyp #body #abs #fit #muscle #muscular #geek #nerdy #gamer #belly ♡
