A very good set for back and legs 🦵🏻 4 rounds of 10 reps in each exercise. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
Try this set to get strong and ripped 💪🏻 10 reps on each side, minimal rest - 3 rounds.
Hold for 3:00, breath for 0:10 repeat as long as possible I did 5 rounds
Chest+shoulders exercise - 4x10 Rest for 90 sec between sets 💪🏻
