
Hi everyone! π Recently, I decided it was time to level up my gym routine, so Iβve been learning how to do the Romanian deadlift πͺ At first, it felt a bit intimidating because the movement requires perfect form to avoid injury π
But hey, thatβs what practice is for, right?
My trainer explained the basics: keep your back straight, push your hips back, and feel the stretch in your hamstrings 𦡠It sounds simple, but oh boy, itβs all about the little details. The first few times, I kept bending my knees too much, so it looked more like a squat π
Now, Iβm starting to get the hang of it. Iβve reduced the weight so I can focus on my technique π― Each time I lower the barbell, I try to stay super focused. Itβs weirdly satisfying when you feel that perfect stretch and your form clicks into place.
